About McKayla Bryson, MFT-Intern
Providing in-person therapy at both North and South locations
I work with individuals and couples who have experienced family trauma and intimate partner violence (IPV), helping them process trauma while developing healthy boundaries, a renewed sense of safety with themselves and others, and greater confidence in decision-making.
I also work with recent graduates and young professionals navigating anxiety during transitions into new environments, careers, and early relationships, supporting them in developing coping strategies that build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience.
As a faith-based clinician, I view therapy as a collaborative and nonjudgmental space that honors your unique perspective, relationships, and lived experiences. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about next steps, my goal is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences and identify meaningful paths forward.
In our work together, you can expect an open, compassionate, and culturally respectful environment where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I aim to help clients grow in insight, deepen emotional awareness, and apply that understanding in ways that foster lasting and meaningful change. Through thoughtful dialogue and reflection, we work toward greater emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and overall well-being.
I strive to support individuals, couples, and families as they move toward lives that feel more connected, purposeful, and aligned with their values.
I am supervised by Juliet Walters, LMFT-S, License #203429.
