Yes. Attendance at one parent meeting is mandatory for the parents/guardians of each camper. ENYC Central Parent Meetings will be held on the following dates:

4/22/26 - Online Only | 6:30 - 7:00 pm (Zoom Q&A Session)
6/7/26 - In Person @ Mosaic North Student Center | 1:00 - 2:00 pm (Online option available as well)

Zoom link will be provided upon completion of registration, but will also be made available through the Church Center app Parent Group the day of the event.

ENYC 2026, will be held in Houston, TX with Houston Christian University serving as our host site! Students and volunteers will also participate in service projects, team building activities, and special events at various locations throughout the city.

Our aim is an adult volunteer to student ratio of 1:5 (or one volunteer for every 5 students). Volunteer assignments may be adjusted based on need. According to the American Camp Association (ACA) standards, the average ratio of volunteers to students is 1 adult to every 8-10 students.

Each day will look slightly different, but here is an example schedule of a typical day:
