South austin campus
our story
Officially launching in the Fall of 2022, the Mosaic South campus was made possible through a mutual heart for the unhoused community. After Texas Oaks Baptist Church crossed paths with Mosaic, the leadership of TOBC decided it was time for their church to transition to something new. They reached out to Mosaic and introduced the idea of the two churches merging, and after months of prayer and planning, on September 4, 2022, TOBC leadership and membership voted to officially dissolve and become part of the Mosaic Church family. Their generous actions paved the way for the launch of Mosaic South in November 2022, which continues to flourish and make an impact in South Austin.
location & parking
We are located just off Slaughter Ln, about halfway between I-35 and MoPac Blvd.
Our parking lot is fairly straightforward, so just grab a spot wherever you can find one! When you enter the lobby, head to the Texas Oaks Commons room on the right where you can find our coffee bar, youth ministry rooms, and classrooms. The worship center and bathrooms are located on the left side of the lobby. If you need help, our Connections Team will be glad to assist you.
kids
Our children's ministry, known as mKids, is located on your right, and through the lobby as you enter. Grab a cup of coffee on your way over to be greeted by one of our volunteers who will help with registration. We also have our All-Abilities team if you happen to have a little one in need of additional support. If you'd like to register your child beforehand you can do so using this button.
youth
Our middle and high school students meet at 9:30 am, before our 11:00 am worship gathering. The students gather in our Student Room located off the West side of the Texas Oaks Commons room. We have additional rooms down the hallway filled with games and additional hang out spaces. Our student ministry is for 6th-12th grade students.
free coffee
As you make your way into the Texas Oaks Commons room you will find our self-serve coffee bar to your left. Here, you can enjoy drip coffee, Chai Tea, or Hot Cocoa. To the right of the entrance to the Commons we have our espresso bar located in the kitchen area. Feel free to walk up to the coffee bar window and order yourself something great!
